The Usability Company work with Comet who operates the number 4 e-commerce site in the UK*,www.comet.co.uk. The site provides a massive range of products and services plus product guides and a store locator. Comet is one of the UK's leading electrical retailers and has achieved what many others haven't in migrating that success to the Internet.

Comet constantly strives to improve the customer experience of their website and their most recent redevelopment focussed on adding a function that would quickly enable customers to find the products they are searching for more quickly and effectively. Usability plays an important role in the development process and The Usability Company joined the project team following a competitive bidding process.

The Usability Company delivered a report, video clips and presentation as the outputs from the project and has already been referred to other parts of the Kingfisher group.
