User Interface

The user interface pertains to all the aspects of a system/site of which the user is aware and uses to communicate and interact with the system/site. This includes the way the system/site conveys messages to the person (output devices), the way the person "talks" to the system/site (input devices), and the steps the person must perform to do their task.
