Stakeholder analysis

A stakeholder analysis is a technique that can be used to identify and assess the priority, needs, goals, and requirements of key people that may significantly influence the success of the project. Common examples of stakeholders in Internet projects include the user, the site administrator, the site support employees, the business directors, and so on.
