Press ReleasesFoviance reveals strong business growth in 200511th January 2006 Foviance, the expert in customer experience across digital channels, has reported details of its business growth in 2005. Following the merger of The Usability Company and WebAbacus to form Foviance, year-end figures are expected to reveal that Q4 2005 will be the biggest combined revenue quarter in the history of the two companies at over £730,000. The increase in revenue, which comes as a result of the merger in 2005, represents an increase of 36 per cent when compared with the combined pre-merger figures for The Usability Company and WebAbacus in Q4 2004. The revenue growth is accompanied by an increase in Foviance staffing levels. In preparation for significant growth in 2006, the company's head count has risen by 50 per cent when compared with the combined pre-merger staffing levels of the two businesses in December 2004. The expanding team has conducted usability tests with focus groups totalling over 1,000 participants across 12 countries, and in nine different languages. Foviance has delivered over 300 projects in 2005, and is currently working for 43 of the Top 100 FTSE companies. It will have over 100 clients at year-end, including Barclays, Sky, Yahoo!, BA and Microsoft. Currently, 80 per cent of these are repeat clients returning to Foviance due to the success of previous work. Foviance broke new ground in 2005 with the launch of its Experience Management Service. This unique offering, a European first, blends web analytics software with usability consultancy to help businesses deliver effective customer experiences across digital platforms. The Experience Management Service measures how digital channels are delivering against key business and marketing objectives to help Foviance's customers sustain competitive advantage and increase profitability. The service is available across all digital channels including the Internet, interactive TV and mobile. Paul Blunden, CEO of Foviance, said, "In 2005, we identified and created a new digital market sector with the merger of The Usability Company and WebAbacus to form Foviance. This has been very successful already, as our final quarter results show. We're a growth company in a growth area, and expect to see large businesses place even more emphasis on customer experience in 2006.
